Do you have a Personal shopper?

The answer is yes and all our experts are professionally trained and available to assist with any order or query you may need. We are available either by email info@emilyhlondon.com or you can chat with us on our chat line between the hours of 7am-10pm.

What if I need help placing an order?

It is very simple and we have on-line chat access which is available for your important questions. We are here to assist.

Can an order be exchanged?

Absolutely, we find sometimes our customers want to add to the existing order or exchange the item purchased. No problem. If you contact us within 48 hours, we can adjust the order prior to shipping.

My order hasn’t arrived?

If your order was placed within the UK, please allow 2-3 days for your order to arrive. Outside the UK, and depending on what carrier used, this may take longer and can be easily tracked by clicking on tracking my parcel.

What happens if I receive a damaged product?

We hate to hear that your selected purchase is damaged and we are here to assist right away. Please return the product within 7 days of purchase and we will replace it as soon as we receive the damaged goods.

Do you have gemologists?

Due to the nature of our business and the speciality stones we carry, having a gemologist working with us is key. This guarantees the integrity of design and quality of workmanship, ultimately ensuring that you receive the desired and unique piece that Emily H London strives to provide all our customers.

Do you offer insurance appraisals?

We can recommend Insurance appraisals. However, we suggest that you source your local insurance appraiser. If you do struggle to find a reputable insurance appraisal, we do have access to a few who we can recommend.

Can I have my purchase gift wrapped?

Absolutely, we want your purchase to be as enjoyable as possible and you can opt to receive your item pre-wrapped or receive all the essentials to wrap the purchase at home. This is available for an additional £5.00 per item.
